The goal was to provide a sumptuous oasis for a busy professional couple by renovating their ensuite bathroom. It involved installation of several custom features: his/hers shower, double vanity, free-standing tub, towel warmer and a Toto Washlet hands-free, automatic, electronic bidet. The result? Our clients are now basking in the lap of luxury.

We installed an automated snowmelt system as part of a renovation by new home owners, to allow them to mobilize quickly during winter months. We provided landscape design, excavation, installation of hydronic loops and mechanical room setup. Now the home features a beautiful, ‘always-clear’ walkway and driveway for this active get-up-and-go couple.

This custom home was intended to be the client’s “forever home.” With a growing family, our client saw this new build as a chance to make his wife and two kids as comfortable as possible during the pandemic. By installing a beautiful mechanical room with a hybrid in-floor heating system, staying indoors not only assures winter comfort, but is actually a healthy option.
